Every appointment is a sacred time set aside exclusively for you. To honor this commitment and ensure a seamless experience, the following policies apply to all reservations: To cancel or reschedule, please refer to your confirmation link at least 48 hours in advance. Less than 48 hours notice the deposit will be forfeited and will require a new deposit and reservation. Multiple last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings. No-shows are charged 100% of the total and may be restricted from future reservations or full prepayment may be required for future reservations. R E S E R V A T I O N S For new guests, a Crown Assessment is an essential first step prior to your sacred reservation. All reservations require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposits are applied toward the final service total. Please select all services carefully, same-day additions may not be accommodated. T A R D I N E S S I understand life can sometimes cause delays. If you arrive late, I’ll do my best to accommodate, though some adjustments may be necessary. Contact me promptly if you anticipate being late. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule to honor the next guest’s time and your deposit may be forfeited. E X T E N S I O N S I work exclusively with my own curated brand of premium hair extensions to ensure every crown is honored with the quality it deserves. Hair purchases must be completed prior to install date. D E T A I L S • Please arrive with detangled hair, free of heavy products or styles. If your hair requires additional prep inform me at least 48 hours in advance.
