CANCELLATION Each reservation is reserved exclusively for you. All new guests are confirmed upon consultation approval and secured with a non-refundable deposit, applied toward your service total. NOTICE 48 hours is required to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hours — deposit forfeited No-shows — full service fee applies Repeated changes may require full prepayment. ARRIVAL Punctuality preserves the integrity of your appointment. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling. EXTENSIONS Only curated atelier hair is used. Hair must be secured prior to your appointment for preparation and customization. PREPARATION Detangled hair only. Minimal product. No additional guests. No extra prep unless arranged in advance.
